Teamplayers rarely available
Damn. I didn’t know that in my line of work people exists which are completely lacking soft skills. I mean I’m not the easiest person on the planet – ask my girlfriend – but nevertheless there are people which are not playing in a team at all. It’s even that they completely shut down and try to throw bricks in every ones way who is trying to build some team moral or integrate these people into a team. Good lord I hope I won’t end that way…

No you are certainly not the easiest person on this planet :-p And I can imagine that it might be sometimes hard to cooperate with you. But, you are open minded and I can imagine even more that you are open for different points of views and opnions. And, your are certainly not someone who is throwing bricks in every ones way who is trying to build some team moral. I’m sure you will never end that way. I will take care of that!! :-p

Today I really lost my nerves. Situation: I wanted to migrate a development environment to a new system. Problem: I had no access to the old system due to security regulations. So it was decided that my colleague should create a virtual copy of the system. But after all he refused to change the password of that machine so I was at square one. It really got my fingers tingeling…
